¶1Heard Shri Shobhit Nigam, learned counsel for the petitioners appears through Video Conferencing and Sri Ratan Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report 10.10.2020 registered as Case Crime No. 455 of 2020, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC, P.S. Kalan, District Shahjahanpur, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3The stamp reporter has reported that there is laches of 977 days.

¶4After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶5Learned AGA has pointed out that charge sheet has been submitted against one co-accused person and name of certain other persons have been included during investigation.

¶6Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
