¶1Heard Sri Vijay Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ambrish Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Sri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent no.4.

¶2By means of instant writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to decide the controversy regarding allotment of land in favour his favour.

¶3Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that in case, the petitioner is aggrieved, he may raise his grievance before the respondent no.3 by filing a fresh representation, which may be looked into.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to adjudicate the matter on merits and with consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of requiring the petitioner to move a fresh representation before respondent no.3, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Jamaniya, District Ghazipur ventilating his grievances within two weeks and in case any such representation is preferred, we hope and trust that the same would be looked into, examined and remedied strictly in accordance with law by the third respondent within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation along with a copy of this order.
