The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that a road has been illegally constructed over Plot No. 319 which the petitioner claims to be his property. It has also been stated in the petition that the revenue records indicate that the road runs only on Plot No. 332. The petitioner prays that his plot be vacated by the state-authorities. In this regard, the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 21.9.2023 before Public Works Department, Action OfÏcer, Nazimabad, District-Bijnor, i.e., respondent No. 2. The petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files fresh representation alongwith the certified copy of this order before the District Magistrate, District-Bijnor within a period of 15 days from today, the District Magistrate shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law depending on the decision within next one month.
