¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Ram Ashish Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2After some arguments, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this application with liberty to file a revision.

¶3Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer so made.

¶4Accordingly, the instant application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
