The issue raised in the present petition is to be decided by the Superintendent of Police, District-Farrukhabad and, therefore, the petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files fresh representation alongwith the certified copy of this order before the Superintendent of Police, District-Farrukhabad within 15 days from today, the Superintendent of Police, District-Farrukhabad shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law depending on the decision within next one month.
