According to petitioner, a categorical finding has been recorded by the government official that the private-respondent has encroached upon the land. Order for removing the encroachers has also been passed and for execution of the said order, help of police force has been sought by the government official. Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of expecting government officials to provide police help/force to Block Education Officer, as and when required.
