¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2At the very outset, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the State respondents has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition on the ground that the petitioner has an alternative remedy to challenge the impugned order under Section 134 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with alternative remedy.
