¶2No one appears on behalf of applicant, however Ms. Ruchi Mishra, learned Law Officer for the State.

¶3On perusal of record it appears by means of present application, proceeding of Case No.1138 of 2007 (State Vs. Sataee and others) under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C. has been challenged.

¶4The interim order was not extended since 2010, therefore, it appears that present application has become infructuous or parties have loose interest.
