¶1Heard Sri Jitendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Padmakar Rai, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

¶2Present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to direct the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) Bansgaon, Gorakhpur to decide the case bearing Case No.696 of 2020, arising out of Case Crime No.73 of 2019, under Sections 498-A, 323, 380, 427, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Belghat, District Gorakhpur pending in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.) Bansgaon, Gorakhpur expeditiously within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.

¶3Contention of counsel for the applicant is that the impugned proceeding is pending since 2020 and applicant is first informant of the case.

¶4On perusal of order sheet, it appears that first informant, who is PW 1 did not appear for last four dates, therefore, no ground made out to interfere in the matter.

¶5However, it is expected that the court below shall conclude the trial of the aforesaid case expeditiously as it is a case against women. 6 With the aforesaid direction, the application is disposed of. Order Date :- 16.10.2023 A.Kr. High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
