¶1Heard Shri Amarendra Mani, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as also learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents, and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 14.05.2023, registered at Case Crime No.116 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Shamshabad, District Fatehgarh.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the charge-sheet No.113 of 2023 has been forwarded on 08.08.2023 in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
