¶1No one is present on behalf of the applicants to press the instant application. Sri Prem Prakash Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State is present.

¶2On 12.10.2007, this matter was referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court and as per the report dated 18.04.2008, submitted by the Mediation Centre, the parties were not willing for the mediation, therefore, the mediation failed between the parties.

¶3On 27.05.2022, this Court passed the following order: "Today, M. Sarwar Khan, learned counsel for the applicant has sent illness slip. This is successive illness slip sent by the learned counsel for the applicant. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 is also not present. On the next date of listing, if any illness slip has been sent or none is present on behalf of the applicant, the matter shall be decided finally. List peremptorily on 2.6.2022."

¶4Despite the aforesaid order dated 02.06.2022 also, none was present on behalf of both the parties. Today also, no one is present on behalf of applicants as well as for the opposite party no.2.
