¶1Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief : A. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the impugned order dated

8.04.1993 passed by respondent no.2 in Revision No.85 of 1992-93 (Lalta Prasad Vs. Kashi Prasad and others) and impugned order dated 31.03.1992 passed by respondent no.3 in Case No.11 of 1990-91 (Achchey Lal and others Vs. Ram Shiromani and others) under Section 198(4) of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1951 cancelling the petitioner's patta with regard to Arazi No.30-M area 0.4570 hectare situated at Village Kohadiya, Pargana & Tehsil-Bara, District-Allahabad (Now Prayagraj). B. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from Arazi No.30-M area 0.4570 hectare situated at Village Kohadiya, Pargana & Tehsil-Bara, District-Allahabad (Prayagraj)."

¶3The contention of learned Counsel for the petitioner is that patta granted to the father of the petitioner was cancelled in the year 1992, against which he has filed a revision and the same was also dismissed on 8.4.1993.

¶4This writ petition is badly time barred and there is no proper explanation for laches.
