¶1Heard Sri Pawan Kumar Srivastava holding brief of Sri Siya Ram Verma, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 22.7.2023 registered as Case Crime no. 49 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323, 376, 506, 307 IPC, Section 3/4 of D.P. Act and Section 3/4 of Muslim Women (Protection of Right and on Marriage) Act, 2019, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Hapur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.

¶3Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case charge-sheet no. 50 of 2023 dated 25.8.2023 has already been submitted.
