¶1Heard Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Ratan Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.

¶2Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned NCR No. 0047 of 2018 dated 28.4.2018, under Section 323, 506 IPC, P.S. Maniyar, District Ballia.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be required in the facts and circumstances of the case at any subsequent stage.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
