The writ Court on 14.11.2017 in Writ-C No. 53690 of 2017 passed the following order:- "The petitioner's application for making an appropriate entry in the revenue records pursuant to the final orders passed by a court of law is pending consideration before the Sub Divisional Magistrate (respondent no. 2). Without considering the veracity and the assertions made by the petitioner we dispose of the matter directing authority concerned to pass a reasoned and speaking order within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order." From perusal of the order, it is clear that no case for contempt is made out as the writ petition was filed by Society and present contempt application has been preferred by applicant in individual capacity and not as Secretary of the Society.
