In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has received instructions in the matter and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record. The instructions contain an order dated 10.10.2023 passed by the Assistant Regional Transport Officer (Administration), Prayagraj whereby the ARTO has cancelled the registration and form 23-A issued to the previous owner of the vehicle and has directed the relevant officers in the transport department to issue a fresh form 23-A (erroneously described as Form - 23 in the order dated

10.10.2023) under the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 after the petitioner completes the necessary formalities for issuance of Form - 23A. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed. In case, the petitioner completes the formalities, the registration certificate and Form - 23A shall be issued to the petitioner within one month.
