¶1Heard Sri Shahabuddin, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Anish Kumar Upadhyay, learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the order dated 17.08.2023 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Amroha in Criminal Misc. Case No.577 of 2023 (Shane Fatma Vs. Alam Nawaz), under Section-125(3) IPC, Police Station-Amroha Nagar, District-Amroha.

¶3Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that against the impugned order in the present application, applicant has already filed criminal revision no.3468 of 2023 in which interim order was granted by the court on

26.09.2023 and matter was referred to mediation centre.

¶4In view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the aforesaid application.
