¶1Heard Sri Gaurav Bishan, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Umadhar Shukla, learned counsel for the State.

¶2The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the entire proceedings of Case No. 604 of 2011 (State of U.P. vs. Juli @ Rashmi and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 292 of 2011, under Sections 147, 353, 341 IPC, Section 3 Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 and Section 7 Criminal law Amendment Act, P.S. Iglas, District Aligarh, pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, Iglas, Aligarh.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 17.07.2023 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Aligarh in Misc. Case No. 121 of 2023, whereby the applicant has been declared juvenile.

¶4Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to place the said order before the learned Trial Court. Upon such production of the order dated 17.07.2023 before the Trial Court, the learned Trial Court shall proceed in accordance with law.
