Babita vs. Pushpendra), under Sections 12, 19, 20, 22 Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Hathras Gate, District Hathras, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate (Junior Division)/Fast Track Court-IInd, Hathras, expeditiously within a stipulated time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
