¶1The petitioners have preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 02.09.2023 passed by Prescribed Authority/Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lalitpur in P.A. Case No.33 of 2021 (Anand Kumar Jain Vs. Firm Sunder Singh Avtar Singh and another).

¶2After some arguments a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioners that the present petition may be dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge this order also in case any adverse order is passed in the proceedings initiated by the respondent in the matter in dispute.

¶3This prayer has not been opposed by the counsel for the respondent.
