¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner who is working as Lekhpal is claiming third benefit under the Assured Career Progression Scheme which according to him has become due on 1.1.2015 on attaining 26 years of service.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has already represented the matter before the competent authority on 01.03.2022, copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure 5 to the writ petition.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event the matter can be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law.

¶5In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the District Magistrate, Budaun to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties.
