This appeal has been filed with a prayer to set aside the charge sheet dated 24.01.2023 as well as cognizance order dated 21.02.2023 passed in S.T. No. 220 of 2023 under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3(1)(da), 3(1)(dha) of SC/ST Act Police Station Dharm Singhwa, District Sant Kabir Nagar. In the Court, learned counsel for the appellant only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as he wants to surrender before the trial court. The appeal is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the applicant appears before the trial court within 15 days from today and moves an application before the trial court, the same shall be disposed of as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
