¶1Heard Sri Sarvesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.

¶2This writ petition is filed on behalf of Basant Lal @ Chhout and another who are facing trial in case crime no. 0010 of 2023, under sections 436, 323, 504 IPC, P.S. Karari, District Kaushambi.

¶3Learned A.G.A. submits that after investigation police has submitted charge-sheet under Sections 323, 504 & 506 IPC and expunged the section 436 IPC.

¶4Taking into account, the charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case, I do not find any good reason to interference by this Court to exercise of power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
