¶1Heard Sri Krishna Dutt Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A.. Perused the record.

¶2The instant writ petition is being filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of the FIR dated 17.07.2023 registered in Case Crime No. 196 of 2023, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Sirauli, District Bareilly.

¶3The petitioners are named accused persons in case crime no. 196 of 2023, under section 302 IPC, police station Sirauli, District Bareilly.
