¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the notice dated 07.07.2023 issued under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶3It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has already filed an objection before the court below.

¶4In view of the fact that the petitioner has already filed objection to the notice impugned, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
