There is no further order-sheet which could indicate that notices were served upon respondents. In the aforesaid circumstances, prayer made in this writ petition cannot be considered at this stage. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to approach this Court at a later stage to ventilate his grievances, if any.
