¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order dated 22.05.2023 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.2, Agra in Case No.819 of 2018 (Smt. Mamta and others Vs. Brahmpal Singh), under section 125 of Cr.P.C., Police Station Malpura, District Agra, pending before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court No.2, Agra.

¶3It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is ready to pay the amount of maintenance awarded against him but he is not in a position to pay the whole amount at one stretch. He further prays that he shall pay the amount if some easy installments are being made.

¶4Considering the facts that the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction that if any such application regarding the aforesaid grievance is being moved by the applicant before the court concerned, the court concerned shall decide the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
