¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner, who is working as a Nurse on contract basis, is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 22nd of September, 2023, whereby she has been transferred in administrative exigency from Community Heath Centre Bahedi, Bareily to Community Health Centre, Shergarh.

¶3Since the order of transfer has been passed in administrative exigency, I do not consider it to be fit case for interference. However, if the petitioner goes and joins at Community Health Centre, Shergarh within two weeks' from today and represents the matter raising her grievance within a week thereafter, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority, namely, Chief Medical Officer, Bareilly expeditiously preferably within a further period of three weeks.
