¶1The petitioners have preferred present petition inter-alia with the following prayers :- "I. Issue a, order or direction to set aside the dated 22.09.2023 passed on 81-Ga application filed by petitioner in Rent Appeal No.71 of 2021 (Chhediram Pandey Vs. Malti Bajpai) and remitted back for passing a fresh order. II. Issue a, order or direction to direct the learned Court of A.D.J.-8 Kanpur Nagar to allow & permit the proposed amendment as stated in the application 81-Ga dated 20.09.2023 filed by the appellant/petitioner in Rent Appeal No.71 of 2021 (Chhediram Pandey Vs. Malti Bajpai)."

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.

¶3The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
