¶1The petitioner has preferred the present petition challenging the order dated 23.05.2023 by which the Amendment Application No.39Ka filed by the petitioner in Rent Control Appeal No.04 of 2017 (Murlidhar Gupta Vs. Ajay Kumar) was rejected by the First Additional District Judge, Jaunpur.

¶2After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for dismissal of the present petition as withdrawn.

¶3Prayer as made is accepted.

¶4Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
