¶1Heard Sri Purushottam Dixit, learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.

¶2The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 25.03.2021 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No.4, Aligarh in Case No.323 of 2017, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station - Kwarsi, District Aligarh pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No.4, Aligarh.

¶3Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that while rejecting the application to recall the order dated

20.11.2020, the court below has committed manifest illegality and closed the opportunity to submit written statement.

¶4On perusal of the order dated 25.03.2021, it appears that the applicant had taken excuse of illness of his mother but he has neither filed any document nor any affidavit in support of that application. Therefore, I do not find any merit in the present applicant.
