Court No. - 34 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 17033 of 2023 Petitioner :- Paramhansh Yadav Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ambuj Mishra,Hari Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 23rd September, 2023, whereby he has been transferred from one block to another block which is in the same district. He submits that for a period of three years he cannot be transferred from one place to another place. Learned Standing Counsel submits that since transfer of the petitioner is within the district i.e. from one block to another block, in administrative exigency this Court may not interfere in the matter. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the record, since petitioner has been transferred from one development block to another development block, within the same district, I do not find any justification to interfere in the matter. However, since petitioner has made representation on 27th September, 2023 before the respondent No.- 2, namely, Commissioner Rural Development, U.P. Lucknow, let the same be disposed of within a further period of 30 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 17.10.2023 Atmesh High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
