¶1Heard Sri R.C. Singh, Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Narayan Dutt Shukla, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri A.K. Rai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for State and Sri Ram Kishun Mishra, learned counsel for contesting respondents.

¶2Learned counsel for parties are in agreement that controversy could be resolved in case this Court may interfere with order dated 15.12.2022 to an extent that said Revisional Authority may decide the dispute on its own since there is no dispute that Revisional Authority has wide power to decide the matter on its own.

¶3In these circumstances, impugned order dated

15.12.2022 is modified to the extent that now the matter will be decided by Deputy Director of Consolidation expeditiously, after hearing rival parties, preferably within a period of six months from today.

¶4Parties are at liberty to raise all legally permissible grounds on facts as well as on law.
