¶1Heard Sri Raghubir Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Arvind Kumar Dixit, learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 to 7 and Sri R.K. Gupta, learned AGA for the State.

¶2This petition has been filed by Smt. Aarti (corpus) through her husband Jitendra Singh.

¶3It may be noted that Smt. Aarti (corpus), who is identified by Sri Arvind Kumar Dixit, learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 to 7, has stated before this court that she is presently residing at Rewari, Bawal, Haryana, on her own. She stated that she is staying there and doing a private job and that she is not under any illegal detention or restraint of private respondents or any other person. She further said that she is not willing to return to her husband-Jitendra Singh. She has made a statement that her parents (respondent nos. 4 and 5), now have come to know that she is staying at Rewari, Bawal, Haryana.

¶4In view of her statement, there is nothing in this habeas corpus writ petition to take action, therefore, it is dismissed. Order Date :- 17.10.2023 #Vikram/- High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
