¶1Heard Shri Rashtrapati Khare, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2The petitioner claims correction in the date of birth in the High School Mark Sheet.

¶3The petitioner has cleared High School Examination in the year 2010 and he claims to have moved an application in 2016 and the present writ petition has been filed after a period of seven years.

¶4Considering the limitation provided under Chapter III Regulation 7 of the Regulations framed under Uttar Pradesh Intermediate Education Act, 1921 and belated claim made by the petitioner before the Authorities and further seven years' laches in approaching this Court, I am not inclined to issue even a direction for consideration of application of the petitioner, which is barred by limitation.
