Bhai, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for contesting respondent. In the present case, matter was remanded to Consolidation Officer by an order dated 31.8.2019 passed by Chief Revenue Officer but matter is still pending. The present proceedings are arising out of the orders passed therein as well as on restoration applications. This Court by an order dated 20.09.2023 passed in Writ-B No. 3259 of 2023 has already directed to Consolidation Officer to decide the objections filed under Section 9-A of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953. I have carefully perused the impugned order and I am of considered opinion that matter is lingering on at the instance of petitioners or respondent and till date matter has not been finally decided by Consolidation Officer. In the aforesaid circumstances, without interfering with impugned order, it is directed that Consolidation Officer will comply with the order passed by this Court dated 20.09.2023 and both parties will not seek any adjournment during hearing before concerned Authority.
