¶1Case called out and taken up on revision of mentioned cases.

¶2Sri Rahul Kumar Tiwari, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Ramesh Chandra Chaturvedi, learned counsel for respondent no.70 and Sri Jitendra Narain Rai, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents are present.

¶3None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ petition.

¶4Office report dated 30.05.2023 reveals that the notice to engage the counsel was issued to the sole petitioner by registered post but neither undelivered cover nor any appearance has been received.

¶5The case has been repeatedly listed on various dates i.e.,

13.04.2023, 08.05.2023 and 03.10.2023. It appears that either the cause of action no more survives or the petitioner has lost his interest in pursuing this matter any more.
