23.01.2023 passed by the Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Mirzapur and charge-sheet No.146 of 2022 dated 16.12.2022 in Case No.386 of 2023, Computer Case No.UPM1010004332023 (State Vs. Akash and others) arising out of Case Crime No.142 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 354, 452 I.P.C. and Section 3(2) va of SC/ST Act, Police Station-Padri, District Mirzapur as well as N.B.W. dated 29.05.2023. In the Court, learned counsel for the appellants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the appellants want to surrender before the trial court. The appeal is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the appellants appear before the trial court within one month from today and move an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
