¶1Instructions produced by learned counsel for the respondents and communication dated 30.9.2023 be kept on record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner against the demand notice dated 28.12.2022.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner - Smt. Anjum has received communication dated 30.9.2023 whereby she has been asked to appear before the respondents to reply to the impugned notice dated 26.9.2022.

¶4In view of the communication which has now been received by the petitioner on 30.9.2023, we are of the view that the petitioner may appear before the assessing authority and the assessing authority may prepare a final assessment within two weeks from the date when the reply is filed by the petitioner.
