The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is regarding payment of compensation to the petitioner by the State for having taken possession of Plot No. 599 which the petitioner claims to be his private property. The petitioner states that he has not been granted compensation for the area which the State Government has taken possession. It would serve no purpose to keep the writ petition pending. The petitioner may make a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Kaushambi within fifteen days bringing all the necessary facts to his notice who on receipt of the said representation shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within the next period of one month depending on his decision on the representation of the petitioner.
