¶1This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying that the auction notice dated 21.07.2023 by which the property which was mortgaged to the Bank be quashed. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the auction which was scheduled for 30.08.2023 failed as no bidder had participated in the auction. This fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the Bank. However, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners be given an opportunity to deposit the dues which are due to the Bank in easy instalments.

¶2Ms. Vatsala, learned counsel appearing for the Bank states that the petitioners may approach the Bank for negotiation as the Bank is always open for negotiating.

¶3Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted. If the petitioners approach the Bank for negotiating for a one time settlement the parties shall negotiate the matter.
