¶1Heard Sri Prem Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.P. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank.

¶2The petitioner has confined her prayer that the respondent-Bank may be directed to encash her five fixed deposit receipts.

¶3On the instructions, Sri D.P. Singh, learned counsel for the Bank states that on the complaint of the petitioner inquiry is going on and the petitioner was informed to appear before the concerned officer with all relevant records but she did not appear. In case, the petitioner appears before the concerned officer with all relevant documents, definitely her claim would be processed as per law.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances, in case, the petitioner appears along with all relevant records before the respondent no.2, Branch Manager, Sahkari Bank, Branch Mangaraha,District Mirzapur on 27.10.2023 her claim is to be decided as per law..
