7.8.2023. The compromise between the parties has been verified. As per the report of District Magistrate concerned being complaint case no compensation was awarded to the alleged victim. As the compromise between the parties has been verified by the trial court and the certified copy of the compromise deed and the certified copy of the verification order have been transmitted to this court the compromise between the parties is hereby accepted. The certified copy of the compromise deed and the certified copy of the verification order passed thereon shall form the part of this order. The appeal is allowed in terms of the compromise between the parties. The summoning order dated 30.6.2023 passed by Special Judge SC/ST Act, Rampur is set aside and the further proceedings of complaint case no. 73 of 2023, Smt. Mamta Vs. Wajid and others, under sections 406, 452, 323, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C. and section 3(1)da, 3(1) dha of SC/ST Act, police station Patwai, District Rampur are hereby quashed.
