Act pending before Special Court, District Kanpur Nagar is under challenge. On putting query about the present status of trial of the applicants, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the same is at the stage of argument. Considering the stage of trial and inordinate delay in filing the instant application, I do not find any good ground to interfere in the matter.
