¶1Heard Sri D.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Shivam Dubey, learned counsel for the opposite party no.1 and Sri Prem Prakash Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2Vide order dated 05-05-2023 this matter was referred before the Mediation Centre and as per the report of the Mediation Centre dated 15-09-2023, the mediation completed and there was no agreement between the parties.

¶3At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the instant application.
