The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 28.06.2023 passed in case no. 1101 of 2022 arising out of order dated 14.06.2022 in Case no. 843 of 2018, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. pending before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharanpur. At the outset, Ms. Shikha Singh, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant who is husband of the opposite party no. 2 does not want to press this application, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed. Learned A.G.A. and learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 2 have no objection to such prayer of the applicant. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant at the Bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed.
