¶1Heard Shri Sudhakar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Vivek Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent, Shri Gaurav Gupta, learned counsel for the informant, whose vakalatnama filed today is taken on record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 11.9.2023, registered at Case Crime No.690 of 2023, under Sections 376, 323 IPC, Police Station Tilhar, District Shahjahanpur.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the Final Report No.97 of 2023 has been forwarded on 12.10.2023 in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
