Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. This writ petition seeks following relief :- •

(i). Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 4.9.2023 passed by respondent no.3/Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), District Mirzapur in Case No. Computerized Case No.D202316530000900 of 2023 (State of U.P. Vs. Sanjay Singh), under Section 3(1) of U.P. Control of Goonda Act, 1970 (Annexure-1 to this writ petition), Police Station Adalhat, District Mirzapur" The petitioner is aggrieved by the notice issued to him under Section 3(1) of U.P. Control of Goonda Act, 1970. Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the petitioner has already submitted reply to the notice on 4.10.2023. Under these circumstances, no interference is required at this stage. The petition is disposed of with the observation that the Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), District Mirzapur/respondent no.3 shall consider the reply of the petitioner and pass appropriate and reasoned order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
