The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondent no.1 i.e. Provident Fund Commissioner, to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner as contained in representation dated 29.04.2023 and make payment of all dues including provident fund to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given an application with respect to the payment of arrears of salary, gratuity, bonus, earned leave, provident fund and pension before respondent no.1 but nothing has been done till date, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same, within stipulated period.
