Learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 are present. According to them, the parties have arrived at a compromise. Along with supplementary affidavit and counter affidavit the certified copy of the compromise deed dated 04.04.2023 and its verification order dated 13.06.2023 have been placed before the court. Letter of District Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar is also received by this court that with regard to present case the first informant Rajeev Kumar Dhanuk was paid Rs. 75,000/-. This amount has been received back by the Zila Samaj Kalyan Adhikari under his original signatures the document in this regard has been placed before the court. Let the same be kept on record. Thus, it is found that the compromise between the parties has been verified by the trial court and the certified copy of the verification order passed thereon is also placed before the court. The receiving of the demand draft of Rs. 75,000/- from the first informant Rajeev Kumar Dhanuk is also placed before the court. The parties have arrived at a compromise. The compromise between the parties has been verified by the trial court and the same has been received by this court along with verification order passed thereon by the court concerned, so the compromise deed verified by the trial court is hereby accepted. The certified copy of the compromise deed, the verification order passed thereon by the trial court and original receipt of photocopy of draft of Rs. 75,000/- received by the Zila Samaj Kalyan Adhikari shall form part of this order. The appeal is allowed in terms of the compromise. The impugned order dated 23.12.2022 by which the cognizance was taken against the appellants, is hereby set aside. The charge sheet dated

21.07.2022 and the entire proceeding of Sessions Case No. 1718 of 2022 (Case Crime No. 32 of 2022) under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3(1)(da), 3(1)(dha) and 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Chawani, District Kanpur Nagar, are hereby quashed.
